The MoU signing took place within the framework of the Viet Nam Energy Summit 2020 that was held in Ha Noi on the same day. As the world’s leading investors and project developer in the field of offshore wind power, CIP has mobilised more than US$10 billion from investment funds worldwide for renewable energy projects. With a potential capacity of up to 3.5GW, the La Gan project is one of the first large-scale offshore wind power projects in Viet Nam.
