EC-ASEAN Energy Facility
The EC-ASEAN Energy Facility (EAEF) is a programme of cooperation between the European Community (EC) and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to facilitate partnerships between ASEAN and European organisations in developing specific joint regional projects in the energy sector.

PSC Functions
- Provide strategy and policy guidance to the Programme;
- Discuss the projects proposed to be co-financed by the EC;
- Guide the overall implementation of the Programme;
- Examine the advancement of the programme components;
- Evaluate the performance and impact of the Programme.
